Introduction

This document covers in outline the terms and conditions of use of Feed Manager and any of its associated modules, including (but not limited to)

  • Feed Manager
  • Product Optimizer
  • Price Watch
  • Social Media Manager
  • Integrated Facebook Store

Set-up Conditions

We will agree with you the source information that will be used to create a product submission, and from where we receive or access it.

We will agree with you the number of channels that we will submit a product listing to on your behalf.

We will agree with you the frequency and timings of your submissions to the channels you use. Our standard commitment is a daily submission on UK business days to all active channels.

Unless agreed otherwise, it is your responsibility to create accounts on any channel where you want your products listed, including enabling payment mechanisms (where applicable).

You will supply (where required) access to these channels.

We will ensure that all product submissions to channels are formatted and mapped to the specifications of the recipient channel.

Our one month Google Shopping trial is deemed to start from the date on which your listing is first submitted to Google.

Our minimum contract period is one month from the date of first activation. You are entitled to cancel our services prior to the start of the next contract period, providing that it is in writing (letter or email).

Our invoices are raised at the start of the contract period and are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Service will be suspended when account settlements are not paid within the due date, and Gillissa Limited reserves the right to levy late payment charges at a rate of 2% per month until settlement is made.

Source Data

We will process and submit product data that you provide to us. Data will not be distributed where it fails our system’s verification checks, including (but not limited to) the following instances

  • It is inaccurate
  • It is non compliant with the listing policies of any channel to which it is being submitted
  • It is incomplete
  • It has material errors which cannot be resolved by us

You will be advised of any problems with your feed or products in writing.

If you change the output format of your feed, the way that it is encoded or individual product records created, from the file originally tested and processed by our platform, you must inform us of this.  While our system checks the data that it receives, files or part of files that cannot be read as a result of changes we do not know about, are your responsibility. 

Privacy

We do not provide any information about your personal details to any 3rd parties without agreement from yourself.

All information about you, your accounts or any other details that you provide to us is stored within the Feed Manager platform. This is protected, backed up securely, and access to Feed Manager is only possible through valid ID/password combinations.

Security

We will provide you with an account ID and password to access our system. It is your responsibility to keep this information secure and not to share with any other individuals.

Passwords resets can be commanded on request.
